Die Cutting

Classic Acrylics, Inc. is pleased to provide premium die cutting services, utilizing computerized and flatbed methods. We operate a die cutting table that can accommodate work pieces up to 36″ x 48″, to produce such items as books and magazine cases/displays, dust covers, machine guards, product dividers, plastic sheets, and trays. Customers can choose from multiple material options including ABS and styrene, acetyl, acrylic (Plexiglas), expanded PVC, HDPE, UHMW, Nylon, polypropylene, PVC, PTFE, and polyester. Parts as small as .5″ in width and .5″ in length are possible, with a height maximum of 12′.

Our services extend beyond die cutting to offer a full production experience, providing a host of value added capabilities including CNC routing, bending, CNC saw cutting, forming, precision cutting, drilling, machining, printing, and punching. Typical lead times for die cutting is 2 days, with 3 to 4 days expected production time on prototypes. Our services are available for the commercial, retail, and defense sectors, handling low to heavy volume production.
