CNC Machining

Classic Acrylics, Inc. offers CNC machining services, creating precision components for a range of industries including retail, defense, and commercial. A number of machining processes are routinely carried out including bending, CNC routing (up to 72″ x 120″), CNC saw cutting, die cutting, drilling, forming, and punching. We handle a variety of materials including ABS, styrene, acetyl, acrylic (Plexiglas), expanded PVC, HDPE, UHMW, Nylon, polypropylene, PVC, PTFE, and polyester.

Custom parts are manufactured in sizes up to 12′ maximum height, with sizes as small as .5″ in part length and width. Upholding ISO standards, our specialty production shop provides full prototyping services, starting production minimums at 1 unit with heavy volume production capabilities to 50,000 units. Typical turnaround times for custom machined items are 2 days to 1 week, with functional prototypes taking 3 to 4 days. Specific lead times are quoted by job.
